Continuing professional development (CPD) can help teachers to reflect, review and document their learning and to develop and update their professional knowledge and skills. With this module, they will learn how to contribute to their professional development. In addition, we believe that in the understanding of foreign language teaching, no method alone is able to solve the problems of all students. Rather than adhering to a specific method in classroom teaching, the idea of using a method appropriate for every learning situation and a flexible and rich learning style that does not limit language teaching to the classroom environment should be adopted. Therefore, the participants will be able to critically look at themselves through their action research and action plan they will learn in this module, identify their own situations, collaborate, develop new techniques and solutions to their problems, and develop dialogue with their students. In addition to preparing action research proposals, a study on how to participate in Erasmus + projects will also show ways to increase professional development opportunities.
